The Return
A five-part healing journey for coming back to yourself. Each part is a short read in plain language, a five-minute practice and a worksheet that turns insight into action.
You can do the work and still live your life. That’s the point.

The five parts
One part a week
- 01Radical Acceptance
Practice: It Is What It Was. Stop fighting what already happened, so you can choose what happens next. Acceptance is not approval.
- 02Self-Respect
Practice: The Friend Test. Catch the harsh voice, rewrite it the way you’d speak to someone you love, and set standards for how you’re treated, including by you.
- 03Advocating without Guilt
Practice: One Clear Sentence. Say what you need once, clearly, without over-explaining, and learn to sit with the guilt that tries to talk you out of it.
- 04Whole-Body Healing
Practice: The Five-Minute Reset. The jaw, the shoulders, the chest: learn where your body holds your stories, and how to help it finally settle.
- 05Mindset Shift
Practice: The Belief Audit. Look at the beliefs you inherited about rest, money, love and strength. Keep what serves you. Release what doesn’t.

Questions
Who is The Return for?
Women, especially Black women, who were taught to be the strong one and are ready to put some of that weight down. If you’ve ever felt guilty for resting, for having needs or for saying no, this is for you.
How much time does it take?
Each part is a short read and a five-minute practice. Most people spend a little time on the worksheet during the week. You can go at your own pace.
Is this therapy?
No. The Return is educational and self-guided. It can sit alongside therapy, but it doesn’t replace professional care. If you’re in crisis in the U.S., call or text 988.
When does it open?
